Kepler-442 (“we”, “us”) is an AI-native hardware design platform operated from Angamaly, Kerala, India. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect the minimum we need to run the waitlist and the product, we never sell your data, and your ideas stay yours.
What we collect
Waitlist details. When you join the waitlist we store your email address and, if you provide them, your name and role, along with your signup time, your referral code, and who referred you. We use this to grant early access, send product updates, and run the referral rewards program.
Product inputs. When you use Studio, Architect, or the free cost estimator, the text you enter is sent to our AI processing partners (NVIDIA-hosted language models for text and structured output, Google Gemini for images) to generate your results. Generated designs may be stored so features like the Gallery and your design history work.
Anonymous usage. We count page visits in aggregate. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or cross-site tracking cookies.
What stays on your device
Some conveniences live only in your browser’s local storage — for example the flag that remembers you already joined the waitlist, demo access, and your local design history. We can’t read these from our servers, and clearing your browser data removes them.
Who we share data with
Only the service providers that run the platform, and only to the extent needed to operate it:
- Supabase — database hosting (waitlist, gallery, usage counts)
- Resend — sending waitlist and product emails
- Vercel — website hosting
- NVIDIA-hosted models and Google Gemini — processing the prompts you submit to generate designs
We may also disclose information if required by law. We never sell your personal data, and we don’t share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Waitlist data is kept until launch onboarding is complete or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first. Generated designs are kept while the features they power are live.
Your rights
Wherever you are in the world, you can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete the data we hold about you — email hello@keplar-442.in and we’ll act on it. Every marketing email we send includes a way to opt out.
Children
Kepler-442 is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we will update this page and, for significant changes affecting waitlist members, notify you by email. The date at the top always reflects the latest revision.
